Later following the directions of his His Holiness, Lokanatha put himself to rigorous practice and spread of Yoga and meditation. He later visited many ashramas at the foothills of Himayalas, wherein he was enlightened with the importance of combining yoga and meditation. With his vast experience and the divine blessing of HH Shankaracharya sri Jayendra Sarasdwathy, Lokanatha initiated a new yogi meditation practice called “Cosmic Yoga”
Cosmic Yoga stresses on purification of both body and mind and make the sadhaka unite with the Cosmic energy prevailing in cosmos. This practice was mentioned in ancient scriptures like Upanishads. Lokanatha taking cue for the teachings of these sacred texts, did many experiments with yoga and meditation and finally shaped Cosmic Yoga for the betterment of the lives of the people.
Guru Lokanatha, for better administration of propagating the Cosmic Yoga, established Sri Lokanatha Central Trust in 2022 and made it as the Head Quarters for his services.
